Fabia has iTPMS, so maybe that's your problem.

Tiguan ABS module swap - looking for code

I think because the old ABS was a C4 and the new is the newer C6 it's very likely that it will work, with the correct coding for a C6 ABS.

Resolved 2016 Golf R need help with ABS module coding

But even some of the first bytes/bits have a different function. So old coding and adding some bytes probably won't work correct.

Resolved 2016 Golf R need help with ABS module coding

@Uwe is this engine-dtc normal if the ABS isn't coded? I don't think so. A missing can-bus message ok, but no communication?

Resolved 2016 Golf R need help with ABS module coding

A retrofit of this ABS should be possible, but in your scan are so many dtc, that i think the abs is not the only probem of your car.

Resolved 2016 Golf R need help with ABS module coding

You can try this coding, i hope it's OK: 01FA6BA15422096C457E030440C66980D62A90A2C0029637184050D8C288430000000012121212B835351919323200

    2009 Sportwagen ABS Issues

Bit 7 of byte 16 is a DSG related setting on the old 18-byte ABS (and for the 19-byte abs it's a itpms related bit for the stricter us market). So if you have no dsg this bit is already off.

11 JSW TDI lost ABS coding (ESP MK60EC1)

You must think in bit and bit-groups and not hex values for the coding (excl. the VIN-bytes). With a setting that use only one bit you can only turn something on & off, but for example with 2 consecutive bits (bit-group) you can have 4 different settings for something (3 bits give you till 8...

    ABS pump fault finding (MK60EC1)

If everything you can check is ok, why not simply install a new/used ABS they are not so expensive? And the 1K0 907 379 AD is prone to fail.

ABS Retrofit Woes, 3Q0907379P to 3Q0907379AA

Why not stay with "C0" for byte 28, i think it's more correct for your car then "6A" ? (or have you DSG, FCW, HDC, but no iTPMS)

MK6 GTI ABS Creating New Long Code (MK60EC1)

@Dana, do you kow if the 1K0 907 379 BA was also used on the US market for new cars, because i can't find such a autoscan? I only found euro A3, GTI & Yeti with the -BA abs module.

Try "no" and if it doesn't work select "yes" Adding "00" at the end of your org coding to get the new coding should work in your case.

MK6 GTI ABS Creating New Long Code (MK60EC1)

Very interesting, seems like "C0h" is only used for US cars with -AM ABS, most other cars use "80h", but its only the TSA setting, which i think is always deactivated by default in the US for all other VW. @NEtech do you have other scans than the US -AM with "C0h" ? Has this car a iTPMS reset...

MK6 GTI ABS Creating New Long Code (MK60EC1)

Have you checked this in ODIS? I have no single autoscan or info about "C0" for byte 4, i think there is only dez. setting 0, 1 & 2 (and not 3) available for bit 7-8.

MK6 GTI ABS Creating New Long Code (MK60EC1)

This wrong coding will never be accepted by any MK60EC1, because this setting for the TSA don't exist ! Try this: 114B600C49280001880C06E8921D0041300800
