Is this correct for battery

I have started to get battery problems and charged it up last night. This morning i checked and got this with the engine not running, does this look right? -9A

12.3 - 12.4 volts doesn't strike me as unreasonable while your car is pulling 9.2A from the battery due to the ignition being on. A better way to check it is to park it overnight with the hood open, then check voltage with a meter, either at the battery itself or at the jump start terminals under the hood. This will give you a true at-rest reading. For a fully charged battery, that should probably be 12.7 - 12.8 V, but will vary a bit based on the type of battery. The reason you want to park the car with the hood open overnight is that othewise, you'll have to open the driver's door to unlatch the hood, and opening the door wakes up quite a few things, so you won't have a true at-rest reading.
