I've got a 2003 Touareg V8, this is what's happened so far.
So i guess either im missing something, or i will need to send my original one somewhere to be rebuild (all i can find is a company in the UK im in australia)
I'm not sure if im grasping at straws now, but im noticing alot of comfort databus errors in my scan, whether this is affecting the Gateway from relearning.
Any help would be very much apprecaited.
- Got the 'Stop vehicle ABS Fault' and alarm Chimes coming up
- Used my Ross-Tech Cable to determine Code 'ABS Hydraulic Pump (V64) - Electrical Fault in Circuit
- I Cleaned all earth points, pulled up the carpet on both sides of the front and checked the electrical crimps etc etc (actually redid the crimps for fun but they were fine)
- My ABS Controller is 7LO 907 379 C
- Bought a used ABS unit with module 7LO 907 379 E
- Fitted and re-bled system
- Code cleared
- Original ABS Module code in Recode module was '0014337'
- New unit doesn't accept this code
- Accepts new code '0014338'
- So with the new 'E' module, i thought done great
- Then straight away ABS lights back up
- Scan says that the coding for the ABS Module is incorrect
- Tried going into the Can-Gateway and resetting, hitting 'Do-IT' with the code, so the Can re-learns.
