So double checked, A29 pin exists and it's plugged into the correct BCM slot (closest to the engine). Double checked and both B/5 and B/45 have pins and are in the correct middle connector. Still no front or rear fog when pulling out the switch.

Had it plugged into C29, checking pin on a29 and swapping now.
