This is technically 3 different issues but they are on the same car and same system so I am making one thread.
1. Opened due to crash signal
I have been getting this code in my CCM:
01366 - Opened Due to Crash Signal 35-00
Which is accompanied by my doors unlocking and the dome lights activating. I believe it also disables my cruise control and disables the interior door lock button until the car power cycles. It does not activate the fuel cutoff.
I replaced the CCM, no change.
I unplugged the airbag module, no change.
2. Soft coding a replacement airbag module
I replaced the airbag module with a known good used one (same part number 4z7 959 655 C), problem still persists. In addition, I got these codes:
01044 - control module incorrectly coded 35-10
01215 - Seat Occupant Sensor, Driver Side Rear (G177) 35-00
Soft coding on both modules is 00407
Swapping the modules again results in the same errors, regardless of pulling the battery, clearing the codes, power cycling the car, or soft coding. Both modules now show the same errors.
The soft coding is being accepted because I can change it to 00406 and back to 00407 with no problem; the WSC also changes to my number.
3. Seat occupancy sensors
With either module, the advanced measuring blocks show that the seat occupancy sensors are either "too high" or "reversed polarity." All other blocks appear to register correctly/ normal.
So... is their a login code I need before I soft code? Do I need to run the car for a while to let it "register" or something?
The car is 2001 Audi Allroad 2.7t
Stage 3 mystery tune with immo delete, o2 delete, EGT delete, SAI delete
Front seats swapped with same seats from same year and model of car (symptoms persist between both sets of seats)
No record of a crash but there is evidence of left rear quarter body work
