when you open vcds , click select , then all the way to the right of the tabs you'll have one marked LT3 , click on that one and then engine ( address 91 ) or do a direct entry address , type 91 and go

That is only used/necessary for the LT3 generation of Crafter (Typ 2E/2F, 2006–2017), which was a mix of VAG and MBZ modules. The current one (Typ SY/SZ, 2018 on) is all VAG and is completely normal from a diagnostic standpoint.

i don't think you're doing anything wrong , i haven't had a 2018 VW Crafter for a diagnosis yet but for sure the older years (2008-2014 0 would link up to the ecu through LT3 tab since they are using a different protocol or something ( never was sure about it either ). Maybe the VCDS doesn't have a ROD file for that vehicle yet ? Maybe the boss will help us both understand this problem

I believe that fault should decode to:
P100600 -- Torque Difference Cylinder 3: Limit Value Exceeded

Check compression? Injectors?

i could agree , if one injector is acting up it can create startability issues or power loss ..

all injectors values on vcds seems very similar to each other, there was one that was out of whack but replaced the one injector and coded it, now the values are similar but still the misfire
