Hi, I replaced the accumulator on a dsg gearbox, however when I try to do the basic setting thourgh channel 60 I get : 255 6 0 in addition to these fault codes :

First, when removing, use Basic Setting MWB 062 and installing should be in manual, available from erwin.

yeah, you have an incorrect installation with this, make sure you neutralise the gear selectors in its correct N position, the mechatronic must measure 25mm on each selector push forks, when installation is completed make sure the push rods for the clutch fork to be in aligned properly, once that is completed basic settings will go through.

Hi, after trying the above the first attempt at basic setting worked, however the car is very jerky between 1st and second gear. Tried basic setting and getting 255 18 0 . I also get P175D P175E P189B.

Can anyone help with this ? thank you

But does the new accumulator actually hold the needed pressure of 45-60bar? You can check this in the TCM's measuring blocks. Please post a new scan of the current faults.

Hi, replaced the valves related to clutch solenoid as suggested, however I get the following fault when trying do basic setting. 255 | 101 | 0. Help would be very appreciated.
