Hi all,
(I`m new to the forum)
Skoda Octavia 1.4 TSI 2014

Air blown from the blower is always warm/hot - with or without AC.
The AC seems to cool it a bit, but the air is never cooler than warm.

I felt something warm next to my feet, and found that the pipe market red in the pic is very hot, and radiates all around it.

What can it be ?

(car engine temperature is normal)

Any help mostly appreciated

That pipe is full of engine coolant, thats the heater matrix, so it will be hot all right.

You could have an actuator fault, but you may find you AC isn't working - either the gas has escaped, is low, or it has a fault.

I suggest you post a COMPLETE autoscan, and everybody can have a look at twhat you car is equipped with.
