We really should start a post somewhere, titled "Running list of reasons we really do need Auto-Scans".
Not sure where that description came from.

Thank you for posting an Auto-Scan.
You're missing address 56-Radio entirely, which I think should be present on this car. 37-Navigation is there, but complains of problems talking on the Infotainment CAN bus. Also, the cluster can't see either the radio or the nav unit, both of which are probably on the Infotainment CAN bus. It seems unlikely the cluster is having problems here, more likely the Infotainment CAN wiring or some device on that CAN bus, possibly the radio. Is your radio working? Are there any aftermarket radio/parts here we should know about? Are there any symptoms visible to you as the driver/operator?
I notice address 19-CAN Gateway isn't in the scan either, but it also isn't in the Auto-Scan template for this vehicle so won't have tried to scan it. This car may be like many others where the instrument cluster also serves as the CAN gateway, but there's usually a virtual address 19 as well. Perhaps one of the RT folks can comment if this is correct or not.
