Do you have an external amp or a sound system or anything in that sense?
Check the quadlock, maybe the brown part fell out?

Nope the system is 100% Fender stock. Quadlock? Is that the harness going into the amp under the drivers seat?

fender = external amplifier.
you might want to find it and see if its OK (power, grounds)

The quadlock is indeed the harness for the radio but it's behind the glove box.
Given the errors I'm seeing, theck the amp underneath the seat first.

I've highlighted the problematic Byte (Byte 11) which has a very strange value (I think)

If you look at the long coding helper screen for this Byte, you will see a number of permitted options which tells the MIB unit whether there is/isn't an external amplifier attached. However, hex00 is the setting for "Sound System no allocation"!

Not sure whether you had PR-8RU, or PR-9VE (I suspect the former given that the MOST Byte/Bit is set on your MIB), but it might be prudent to look in your CodingLog.CSV file for a record of a change to Byte 11 @ address hex5F on, or around last Saturday - 2017.11.07 @ 05:28 (gee-that's early!!)

I've highlighted the problematic Byte (Byte 11) which has a very strange value (I think)

If you look at the long coding helper screen for this Byte, you will see a number of permitted options which tells the MIB unit whether there is/isn't an external amplifier attached. However, hex00 is the setting for "Sound System no allocation"!

Not sure whether you had PR-8RU, or PR-9VE (I suspect the former given that the MOST Byte/Bit is set on your MIB), but it might be prudent to look in your CodingLog.CSV file for a record of a change to Byte 11 @ address hex5F on, or around last Saturday - 2017.11.07 @ 05:28 (gee-that's early!!)

Thank you eveyone for quickly chiming in. Maybe I mistakenly changed byte 11 and didn't notice? When I get home later I'll change that byte to 8RU Sound system with subwoofer "branded" and see what happens. I suspect that's the issue at hand here.
