I think it's just normal automotive coolant. The battery pack is temperature-controlled using a liquid loop, and the motor controller is liquid-cooled.I'm afraid to ask what the fluid contains that it was blowing out.

What technology still lacks is the ability of the gray matter behind the eyeballs to interpret the incoming data and and make appropriate decisions based thereon.
No Human I know would have reacted that fast to put on the hazards?

Simple fix - playing cards in the wheel spokes, like everyone used to do up here as a kid with your bicycles. Well, except that we used baseball cards, but you probably don't have them on your side of the world.....
