Ok This car has been driving me a little crazy and off the walls. The story is the cars heat output from the vents never gets to hot or even warm. Engine temp, all interior temp sensors, and actual coolant temps all have been checked and verified to be ok. I can visually watch almost every HVAC control motor operate. If I cant see it I can feel a change in the position of the door by way of air flow. I have completed door motor calibrations. When running the output testing on the doors I can get full range of motion according to stepper motor ranges. The one I'm focused on is the temperature blend door. When I run the output test on this one it functions as normal and Vent Temp output is around 135 F deg, which is fantastic. When running the Auto HVAC system normally no VAG COM connected the Vent temp only gets to around 95 deg. It took me a while to get to this point but I have finally figured out that the difference is the A/C Compressor operation. During the Output test Compressor is not running so the temp is higher. I'm glad I've gotten this far but what else am I missing about this system A/C operation. It should not be blending air when system is set to full Hot. Heater cores are not the issue either. I can physically touch each one and there is around a 15-25 deg temp drop. inlet to outlet. I'm going to look inside the HVAC box with a boroscope today and see if I can see anything. I forgot to do a clear after disconnecting the HVAC unit so there are a lot of communication faults. Also I'm still a bit new on the forum but I see people attaching Auto-scans as a separate box with a scroll bar.. How is that done?
