Sharan (7N) BF/BE Automatic sliding door Basic Settings
Prerequisites:
- The power windows must be adapted.
- Factory mode must be deactivated.
(Check Measuring Value Blocks - Factory Mode Adaptation)
- No crash message can present in [Slid. Door Rear] controller
(Check Measuring Value Blocks - Operation Mode)
- Must display = "No crash message present"
* Note: If a crash message is stored, proceed as follows:
- Reset the sliding door control module by removing the sliding door controller fuse for at least 30 seconds. (See repair manual)
- Then turn ignition on, and manually open and close the sliding door.
- Then trun ignition off and on again.
Reset Normalization
Select: [BE-Slid. Door Rear Left] or [BF-Slid. Door Rear Right]
Select: [Basic Settings-04]
From the pull-down menu choose:
[Resetting standardization] - Press [Start] - wait for "Finished Correctly", then Press [Stop]
then
[Resetting of all adaptation values] - Press [Start] - wait for "Finished Correctly", then Press [Stop]
Next:
- Open the sliding door via the switch in the middle of the console.
- If the door is open, close the door via the switch in the middle of the console and then open the sliding door via the switch in the middle of the console.
The basic setting of the sliding door should be complete.
