Audi A6 battery charging

Hi, i have problem with Audi A6. Battery charge is 13,5 V (not 14 V) and car barely start. I replace battery, and codding - with VCDS i doing 61-battery regulation and codding battery. But i still have same problem. Is anyone know what is problem?

do you know how to check for voltage drops if not look it up

Problem is not in alternator, voltage on him is normal-14V

Problem is not in alternator, voltage on him is normal-14V
If the alternator output is 14V but the battery voltage is 13.5V then that suggests a bad (high resistance) connection, maybe not just between the alternator and battery because a battery with 13.5V should still be able to start easily enough.
