What about channel 21 and 31?
On that note, I would LOVE to know what sort of vehicle is rolling three ECUs.

We believe 21 is for a 3rd ECU, although we have never actually had access to a car that has 3 ECUs. 31 is a "functional" address which used for some procedures where the requests from the scan too must go all ECUs and all ECUs are expected to answer them.

I had wondered that very same thing before posting, since I have one of its little brothers in my garage. My two ECUs break up things along nice functional lines though, almost as two independent but cooperating engines. That's just bigger, and with forced induction. I guess you could break it up into four somehow, but I'm not sure what you would do with three. I suppose you could have one for each bank and then centralize some common functions...

How would you like to be the guy responsible for misfire and knock detection code on that monstrosity? I know mine has three overlapping power strokes at all times, that one will have four.

I have had data from Address 21 on a Lamborghini Gallardo 2007
I have not checked if there are 3 ECU's.

Address 21: Engine III Labels: None
    Part No: 410 907 557 M
    Component: VgB34204 E42BG3S2
    Shop #: WSC 00407 000 15208

I would call it Address, not channel, in my opinion that is for Adaptation.

Yes, absolutely, it is an Address, not a Channel.
