We've had a few reports of HEX-NET users having coms issues with the Surface Pro tablet. We've found a fix requiring a registry tweak, and a power management setting. By default, the surface pro will only have balanced power settings with very little control over the management. The following instructions will re-enable the individual settings.

Registry Modification: Script:

Right Click, Save As

Then run the file and reboot.
Come back to this thread and see "Disable wireless Adapter power savings"

If you are not comfortable running a registry script, follow the instructions below.

Registry Modification Manual Instructions:

Step 1: Open Regedit.exe (search from start menu is the fastest way to get to it)

Step 2: navigate down the registry tree:

HKEY_local_Machine -> System -> ControlSet001 -> Control -> Power

Double Click CsEnabled and change the stored value to 0. Then press ok.

Step 3: reboot

Hi Bojan, Yes, it was taken with win 10. Win 8 should look very similar as well.
