Hello,
I'm having following DTC on VW Sharan 2.0TDI:
9656 - Control Circuit for Reductant Tank Heating
P202B 00 [101] - Short to GND
According to WD, this means something is wrong with the Z102 element which heats up the reductant in tank, so I dissasembled the rear left mudguard, check the connectors, voltages, also I swaped procesor mounted to the tank which controls AdBlue tank elements, efect is the same, fault stored.
Things I checked so far:
Fuses- OK
Wiring from ECU to processor, done by VAS procedure- OK
Processor- OK (swaped unit reacts same as original)
Heating element Z102 resistance- 10 Ohms??? (other two, the Z103/Z104 4.7 Ohms)
Tommorow I'm disassembling rear bumper to get to the harness of the tank to take a look at it, I don't think that the problem is the heating element itself, but I don't have more ideas.
Does any of you came across with same problem? Or maybe the 10 Ohm resistance means that the heater is faulty?? Please help if anyone have some ideas.
