Photos
Currently, I would suggest to use the website https://imgur.com/ to host photos. It is free and seems to have more staying power. You can simply drag an image from your desktop right into the web browser while on the Imgur site and it will start the upload process for you. Once you have the image you want uploaded to the Imgur site, copy the image's URL. On the Ross-Tech forum, click the photo button and you will get the "Insert Image" window:
Use the "From URL" tab, paste in the URL, uncheck the "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" option. Click [OK].
On Windows, if you wish to capture the entire screen, just use [CTRL] + [Print Screen] to do a screen capture to your Windows Clipboard. To do a screen capture of the active window, use [ALT] + [Print Screen].
Once you've done a screen capture, or active window capture, you can open up MS Paint and do [CTRL] + [V] to paste the image. From there you can crop or edit as needed, save to your desktop, then drag over to the Imgur website.
I personally use http://www.irfanview.com/ for quick photo edits to crop or resize. Old as dirt, free, easy, good features.
Videos
From YouTube, find the video you wish to share. Copy the URL for the video. On the Ross-Tech forum, click the video button and you will get the "Insert Video Clip" window:
Just paste in the copied URL from the YouTube video, then click [OK].
