Haven't been able to connect to the cloud for the past 24 hrs and wondering if there's something up with the servers?
All my settings are OK as its been working great all week. I can manually reach the VCDS-cloud.com website ok from my browser but HEXNET is no longer able to ping and keeps timing out during the self test. If I go into a module and cloud functions it initially shows that it connects to the server but then there's a longer than normal delay afterwards and it ends up at the default log in screen. It won't accept my login and keeps saying login failed.
I've tested using several different networks and have found none of them are able to ping VCDS-cloud.com. Is it the servers or my hexnet?
