Doesn't your tank need to be drained more the truck's tank needs to be filled? Mine certainly does!

I'm on diuretics (aka: vitamin pee), and need to stop at every rest area to blow the bilge. When each 5-minute nature break turns into a guaranteed 35-minute pee-mail stop, my bladder suddenly triples in holding capacity to keep on moving down the highway. I refuse to do the crazy woman astronaut thing and diaper-drive the trip in depends.....

^^^ vreihen: Must be a US protestant/catholic work ethic thing - but down here, the use of the words "sunrise" and "office" in the same sentence is disturbingly unnatural! :D

Happy with the connection between "sunrise" and "holiday", or even "sunrise" and "bedroom window" - but how was it even possible for you to take such a photo (nice pic- by the way) at a clearly non-office time?

Don

And even more bizarre - why are there so many cars in the parking lot at such a clearly non-office work time?

Did I mention that I need a vacation (holiday) recently? I just looked at the picture timestamp on my phone, and immediately did a facepalm. I actually took the picture at 16:36 EST Monday afternoon, and sunset was about 16:45. The window faces east (where the sun rises), and this particular color show was caused by back-lighting from the sunset behind me.

As for unholy sunrise hours and work, this week in 2016 is when I returned to work after my long hospital stay. Since the doctors wouldn't let me drive for several months, my wife was dropping me off at the office at 5:50 on her way to work, and picking me up after 17:00 when she finished at work. Needless to say, I saw plenty of sunrises out that window last fall/winter.....

Oh, Uwe has a place there? Reminds me of my favorite Craig Ferguson / Geoff Peterson bit. :)

Moto XT1575. This would have been much better with a real camera, but I'm not sure a real camera would have been allowed in.

I ferried a Stinson 108 that a friend of mine picked up recently from St Maries, ID to Tacoma, WA. The plane hadn't flow in 9 years and went through a ton of work to make it flyable. Attached are a couple of pics I took along the way.

Rattle can primer and paints, but I decant them and then pour into a Harbor Freight HVLP spray gun (item 62381). To decant the spray paint, I'm poking a hole at the top of the can with a nail, then let sit for a few days. From there, just enlarge the hole and make a second vent hold and pour right into the spray gun. Normally, 2 cans would not be enough for me to get the base cabinet, but running them through the HVLP the amount of wasted paint is much less. I got the base cabinet and back box, inside and out with several coats and still had some paint left in the gun.

The black dots is "stipple paint", I lowered the pressure to the gun so it didn't mist at all, kept back 3ft and dig several quick passes to get the desired effect. Stippling was used by pin manufactures to help hid the fact pins were made on the cheap... the noise of the dots distracts from imperfections.
