i was wondering if anyone has ran into broken lines on the heater core where the heater hoses connect? im probably gonna have to replace the heater core any tips or tricks or time savers for the heater core replacement.:banghead:

Yup........

With small micro air saber saw the front broken pipes, with fine blade, and insert replacement fabricated units inside to be RTV'd, epoxied/plastic welded, and or clamped.

No dash to take out.

If can't ........dissection it is.

fabricated units lol this is gonna be fun and kinda the direction i was thinking. should i use copper, brass or plastic thats where im stuck.
