hi , can l just change new serial when new interface comes and can who ever buys my old interface register here after l change serial ?

As for your old interface, whomever buys it will have full use of the product, but they would fall into category 3) here.

You should have a Transaction ID to "Finalize registration" in the configuration utility via email. (Subject Your HEX-V2 Registration has been approved (H12-013638)
thanks dana , its come now they say said its because v2 was only licensed yesterday , dana can you tell me how to add this new v2 too this account please and what number you need ?

The new V2 reg is finalized so that looks good.
Uwe already merged your new V2 into the existing customer file (with the original HEX-USB+CAN) so both interfaces currently show up in your customer file.
