No Response From Controller

2013 GLI that I am trying to activate the comfort opening & closing of the windows & sunroof with the key FOB. Cannot get into the "Comfort/Conv" section. Keeps indicating "no response from controller". Same with the 09-Cent Elect section, no response. I can get into other menus and read variables, clear fault codes, ect. Some guidance is much appreciated. My first gasser, always had TDI's and had the TDI forums to rely on previously. Thanks

A 2013 GLI won't have 46-Central Convenience. That functionality all got integrated into 09-Central Electric.

Lock and unlock the doors. Then try accessing 09 again.
