2010 Touareg RNS-510

Hi everyone, I have a 2010 Touareg Tdi and I'm having an issue with the RNS-510 it just shows the welcome screen then reboots it does this constantly. I tried to scan it but no communication with the RNS anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to fix it please help me out. Thanks

It would be good to post an Auto-Scan; it will likely have some indication what other modules think about the state of the RNS..
