Uhm, the serial number you gave when you joined the forum is not from a genuine interface.

The e-mail you joined the forum with doesn't match the e-mail associated with any system in our records either.

I can see you are using a genuine HEX-V2 in this thread, but there's nothing that correlates it to you.

So until this is cleared up, you'll have to settle for the New User section...

Yeah! I understant that now, I bought my genuine set up after registering here with a non genuine one (also replied in other thread) I didnt understand the registration process until now and happy to wait until I can get to my unit and complete the registration!
