HEX+CAN Rev.B Interface can't found.

Hello.

I can not finished test with my cable due to interface can not found!
that happening after swapping laptop connection, that still on going.
I tried several times install and reinstall all drivers. that can not fixed this at all.
Who can help me fix this I am very appreciate any help.

Can you post a clear picture of the HEX+CAN ?

Yep I attached picture for you.

In one of your tests it did respond as OK. What did you do differently then?
