I have a 07 cabrio with many of these open circuit faults. I little research led me to this TSB. As you can read its not much help. Has anyone run into this before?
Thanks
Rick

Is it just me or does that TSB sounds like they're trying to hide something?

Given that the cars in that list are quite different (transverse 2.0T, longitudinal 2.0T and longitudinal 3.2 V6) makes me wonder what they miiight have in common?

Please post an Auto-Scan for context.

Sorry, customer was a waiter oil change. So I cleared the ECU faults and let him go to see what comes back. I can post an auto scan if he drops car back off. Basically had open circuit faults for both engine mounts, N80, Turbocharger bypass valve,N276, LDP, and B1 S1 heater circuit. The relays or a common ground were my first thought, but Audi says no to the relays?

If you did an Auto-Scan at all, it got auto-saved to your Scans sub-folder...

Yeah, looking in the wiring diagrams for something all that stuff has in common would be the logical approach.

Hide what and where?

That's an awful lot of DTC's isn't it?

Did you observe what is shared by the ECU or supply relays in WD?

It should become apparent real fast......let's look at them together, post screen shots!

I saw that they all share J757 but the TSB says don't replace it. So my question is, is there a known harness or panel problem? The problem is intermittent. My first thought was to put the relay in and let him go, but them I found the TSB.

Show your work.......step by step.

The relays can indeed be bad too & the TSB isn't totally accurate and relays do fail as a result of XXXXXX?
