I have A6 2.7 v6 tdi 2006 BPP , my bank 2 swirl flap motor needs adaptation as getting error code limit not reached, but I cant find what group to choose and is not listed auto drop menu beside turbo calibration.

Any help as car in limp mode and down on power. Thanks

Turbo and Swirl are calibrated with external tool.

If following fault occurs You're problably needibg a new intake manifold anyway.

well both the manifolds been rebuilt with new flaps, seals and rods. no fault for about 5 months till bank 2 motor started making grinding noise and error msg, so replaced it but needs adaptation . I was told vcd will due it as long its a full ross tech version. but only showing one option. new manifolds and motors are very pricey.

You were told wrong.

I've calibrated few manifolds after those were cleaned. It's easy process after You've done few, but you still would need vas6395 for it.

Oh I see,I was assuming that but after few email saying it work on bought ross tech one, how much do vas 6395 retail for?

I have no idea. I'm using VAS6395B(latest is B) that is supplied to me by my work. It came to me in working state, so i have no idea what has done previously. I only know it was bought from Audi Dealer.

thanks for your help, I need to some how source vas6395 cheap as I only need it twice. unless I can borrow one, but they seem to be rare and not many people herd of them.

That website also. Cannot even register.

Not yet. When I do order I ask the people if they have a way to ship here. Otherwise pirate stuff but I don`t like it.
