HI EVERYONE,

TODAY I DID CODING IN THE NEW POLO TSI 2018.
BUT I DIDN´T WORK ACCESS IN THE ADAPTATION 17 INTRUMENTS.
I HAD THE ALMOST PROBLEM WITH TIGUAN 2017 TSI CENTRAL 42.
I USED THE VERSION 18.2 HEX NET AND VERSION 18.4 ALPHA, BUT DIDN´T WORK.

What do you mean, that you had almost problem with Tiguan 2017 ?

Because i had the "same" (wasn't with access "adaptation") problem but the tiguan central 42 and polo central 17. Understand me? I sent the complete scan because i think that in the next release we will solve this problem.

What adaptation channel were you trying to access in 17? And what error message did you see?

I do not.

Your scan shows VCDS finding a ROD file for that instrument cluster, and there are plenty of Adaptation channels defined in that ROD file.

Your Tiguan problem was different; the chassis was mis-identified by VCDS (due to a different break in the VINs in your market than the rest of the world) causing VCDS not to find ROD for the door control modules.

Whatever problem you are having here does not seem to be at all the same.

I am trying access channel 17 in the adaptation, but the button "adaptation" isn't available to click.

Let's be sure we understand. Do you mean address 17, the Instrument Cluster?

A "channel" is usually something lower down, in a function, once we have accessed a module.
