Audi allroad 2003

Hi all, I have an Audi allroad 2003.
Everything we working as well as can be. I changed out the LCD. Then I got errors all over.
The main ones during vids scan it seam to not comunicate with engine control module.
But the car turns on and will drive.
The other is I've lost steering controls which were working before.
And I've also got check headlight bulb braklight bulb just all my lights are working.
So in vcds,I can't comunicate to steering wheel
And some other things due to engine control module .. error no communication.
Any thoughts

HOw long do i need to drive the car for it to register new reading if i cleard the codes.. by mistake..
