hey,
sorry i havnt checked this in a while. group 005 is the group that should put it in service setting. However, it is possible to change the motor without it being in service mode. Have you attempted to change the motor yet?

Hvac motor v300 was a pain to change, but I got it done a year ago. Place in service mode and changed it properly. Basic settings not performed has been a dtc for a while. I did group 1 and heard the flaps actuating, not sure if that corrected the dtc. I didn't want to see it again, so I didn't rescan yet
