Working on this for a friend who took their 2015 Q7 with them when they moved from the US to the UK. Everything was fine except for the tail light indicators, which need to be orange instead of red. I did some research, and it seems like just changing the coding in module 46 (comfort) to non-SAE won't do the trick (I tried). It would appear that either a) it's not doable without swapping tail lights, or b) it requires some more coding in the adaptation. When said friend took it to the Audi dealer in the UK, they said it was only a coding change, and that the tail lights were the same part number for both US and UK. Problem was they didn't know how to do the coding change (not sure how that's a thing, but whatever). The closest thing I could find here was this thread, which was for a B8 A4 and a few years ago. Anyone aware of if this is possible, and if so, what adaptation changes need to be done? I'd set out on trying to figure them out myself, but I haven't the slightest clue on how those numbers in the referenced thread are calculated or discovered. Or what the security code is.

And Yes, you need new RoW tail lights, because the NA are with red signals, and RoW with yellow signals.
Maybe you also need to do some re-wiring - depending on how many pins you have access to.
