As Uwe suspected, VCDS wasn't aware that your Tiguan is built on the older VW36 platform. I just went through all possible combinations for 5N VINs and this will be covered in our next Beta.

The same problem on the current version 18.2 and Part No SW: 5N0 959 701 J
Any news about new beta?

It will only work with HEX-NET and v2, but that's not an issue for you. You will however need to update your codeblock to 4422 and for that, you will need to use VCIConfig and switch your channel to Beta.

By default, that Alpha version will install in its own folder and will coexist in parallel with 18.2.

Open VCIConfig [VCDS] -> [Options] -> [Config]

Go to [Advanced] -> Update Channel [Beta] -> [Change Channel]

Then go to [Update] -> [Check for Updates] to get the beta update

The interface needs to be plugged in via USB when you do all of this.

One question: I will be able to use my hex-net again for the previous version 18.2 or I will only use it in beta version 18.4.

Just use [Adv. Meas. Values] instead of [Basic Settings-04].

The same with Output test. It is logical that this function should allows me to see the measured values before and after operations.
