I did an SRI and reset all warnings about service. My problem is it still says the current setting is "Dirty Oil Quality." what does that mean? Is the oil bad or does it need to be driven a while to get better? Thanks for your help.

10k/1yr setting. May also say "poor oil quality" depending on vehicle.

20k/2yr setting will say "good oil quality" - not really recommended.

It is a USA 2013 Audi A8L and set to 10k/1yr setting and it says "poor oil quality" is this normal, or should I worry? Thanks.

The way VAG named that channel is quite misleading.

"Poor oil quality" actually means "Fixed Service Intervals"
"Good oil quality" actually means "Flexible Service Intervals"

Flexible intervals have never been a thing in the NAR market, so that is indeed normal.

I would recommend against trying to change it, no matter how "good" an oil you're using because NAR models sometimes don't have some of the additional sensors that are required for flexible intervals.
