Here is a few recent tvs shows and movies I have seen and can highly recommend; in no particular order
- ozark --- mob accountant heads to the ozarks in an attempt to save his and his families lives; similar vibe as breaking bad, but a different kind of story
- billions --- district attorneys, ultra wealthy hedge fund players, some kinky sex, and the corruption of and/or from power and wealth. Whats not to love. 3rd season recently began.
- counterpart --- sci-fi, spy thriller, and an earth split into parallel worlds with diverging timelines. Sometimes slow burning but excellent acting and stories.
- atomic blonde --- if you liked the bourne series, you should like this. Also Charlize is super hot, so there's that.
- coco --- 4k visual extravaganza with a moving story. For kids and adults alike.
- annihilation - kind of a thinker movie, its kind of slow and very ambiguous but otherwise I really liked it. Natalie Portman heads into a strange expanding area of no return which consists of mutating plants and animals and other things.
