a good VW friend is a mechanic at a dealership and is slowly discovering the power of VCDS.
it's quite entertaining at times, in a very positive and supportive way, and genuinely good to see him working with the programme.
the dealership has an original hex+can interface and he sent me a few scans.
i believe he noticed the car having CC via MFSW, but in the 16 steering wheel control module, byte 0 bit 4-6 are set to 0.
I noticed a few of these things as well on an earlier Polo 6C. maybe it's because of the CC via stalk vs CC via MFSW?
