Hex net No measuring block names

Good morning all,
My hex net works perfectly via a laptop both wired and wirelessly but when i use a mobile device to look at live data there are no definitions to data i.e just says loc 1
loc 2
loc 3

etc, Is there a fix for this

If you want, you can try a newer dataset by switching to the Beta channel. I'm not sure it will help this issue at all, but it might be worth a test. To switch the interface, do: VCIConfig -> Advanced -> Change Channel, then Check for Updates to get the beta update.
