Some of your channel values are not coded correct - if it is you or the instructions you have changed them after - I don't know.
Channel 195 and 196 are both coded as been on the left side of the car - but then again with different sub-codings - but they are both working as brake light.
Channel 203 and 204 look to be the Fog light, but this channel is not coded as fog lights should, because it also need to know how it should behave if the trunk isn't closed.
As I see it - you are missing a Channel for each side for the inner signal - which you properly also can see in the connector for the inner tails one pin on each side is empty.
Did you on the NA lights have side markers ?? - If Yes, do you then have an extra unused pin/wire on the outer lights ??
If you do have these extra pins/wires, you can reorganize these two wires to go into the inner tails, and then code Channel 209 and 210 for the inner signal - the coding will then be the same as for the outer signal.
The below table has the modified channel 195, 196, 203 and 204 values - plus 209 and 210 if you can use them.
