I have finally resolved all issues and have the resulting green tick on the info car screen , the remaining fault after air bag controller replaced and removing component protection the wiring power issues were within passenger foot well connector blocks of airbags, doors, braking system, and negative connections on sill bolts of body, cleaned terminals reconnected treated with protection , which left canbus issues and seat belt tensioners not recognised configured , finally replaced seat belt tensioners for new coding them all faults remaining have now left the car .
on a whole this has been a good test but issues thought to be issues were not but linked to the faults and items faulty component protection stops components and associated leading you not to be looking in the direction of the main faults as it is all too easy replacing expensive parts that may not clear problems , vw uk were not really any help as the scan to look into the car was a large cost that I was told would not even enable them to quote for the complete repair cost , which made me take the bull by the horns and see this through.
carsequiptment where I sourced the seat belt tensioners were really good as they cost way less than vw parts prices even with the postage cost from Czech republic.

for the advise even though this was a mammoth task, it was not as difficult, as I was learning how to diagnose the vw golf all the way .
