I verfied my vcds purchase in the application and it shows as registered but still cannot post a new message. Can somebody help please?

When I signed up to the forum? I guess not, because I signed up for the forum prior to registering in the application and dont remember seeing that option in the app.

I still cannot find you in our customer records. Please see How to Get Verified.

Hi, I registered on the forum before I received my VCDS-net. My device is registered now. Do you need mt to send a serial number? I bought mine from Ilexa in the UK.
