    HexNet dead after update

So I need to scan my car, and I got prompted to update VCDS. I updated to 18.1, and it said my Hex-Net needed an update. So I connected it via USB cable, and it looked like the update took. But now When it powers up the light flashed green at first, then flashed red; and VCDS can't see it over USB any more. I uninstalled/reinstalled VCDS but still no luck.

    Have I bricked my interface?

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

Ah, Nevermind. I found the VCIConfig utility, which was able to re-flash it.

Edit: And thanks for the amazingly fast response!
