Sd critical error

Just got my vcds mobile, and when I open it with my phone it gives me sd critical error. Please contact ross-tech for support. Also what do I choose for a 01 Jetta mk4 tdi? I have been using the golf/bora.

With the HEX-NET powered, hold the red button down for ~40 seconds and then let go. Should be a long beep and it resets SD related functions.

Did that, then upluged vcds, hard shut down of app in phone, turned off and back on the Wi-Fi. Plugged in VCDS, restarted app, same message.

Try 45-second reset first. If that doesn't work, please contact the local distributor you bought to from for help.
