I’m looking at buying the VCDS HEX-V2 unlimited VIN package, primarily for use on Lamborghini Aventador and Huracan.
I’ve read conflicting information in various places about whether it will work or not, or whether I need HEX-NET. I’ve also seen mentioned about a Lamborghini enabled system. I’m a little confused! From what I’ve read, it seems they both have the same capabilities but HEX-NET has the additional of being wireless.
I’m looking for a system that can carry out most of the functions that ODIS can perform, like throttle body self learning, lifting the rear spoiler into service position, service reminder reset, handbrake pad replacement etc.
I’d be grateful for any information before I dive in.
