I am trying to take some screen captures from my MIB2 in my Q7 4M. I push the left toggle button up and press the middle rotary button as per Audi instructions for a few seconds and the screen goes grey as if the screen has been captured. There is no camera sound like when a camera takes a picture. When I look at my SD card there are no images captured. Does anyone know whether I need to do anything else on the 5F to get these captures to work and store on the sd card? I have tried both SD1 and SD2 slots but neither seem to get the picture that appears to have been taken.
