Hi ll need help with vales and what to look for with starting problem

Have audi a4 avant 1.9tdi 130 on an 2002 plate which runs great and problem is starting .It is struggling to start hot and cold ,disconnecting coolant sensor because was originally a cold start problem but no difference and original audi replacement sensor (should fan come on when dissconected even when cold,seems wrong) Changed egr audi part because past its time ,changed thermostat and fitted new MAF original part but still no change to values, have added some values and would be gratefully for any input ie why would air pressure be so low and maf values way out, what to start checking first with multi metre or vcds also attached some engine values, also don't seem to get dash warning when maf or sensor disconnected but maf will give limp mode when disconected .Also tried checking for vacum leak using butane gas around egr fitting and air intake hoses to see if change in idle but nothing

Check the engine mount and replace if u/s this has a big input on start quantity values.

coolant sensor was changed with original part in morning after lyng all night sensor was reading 18.9c in vcds but in car was 9.8c (gives correct temp when warm ie 90c but should disconnecting make starting easier also what voltage should sensor be getting and how to check with multi metre and would this effect air pressure reading regards Paul

Hi you might have been on the correct path . Problem was damaged fuel hose to filter and vibration from faulty mounting wouldn't help matters so thanks for input ;-)
