HEX-V2 3 VIN to 10 VIN

Just upgraded everything seemed to have gone okay. Is it normal to then go from the home screen to the about screen and it still shows my licence status as the same (Valid/Activated -- VIN(s) Used: 3/3)? And also I've never found this anywhere but since I have now upgraded to the 10 VIN is it now possible to upgrade again to the unlimited version if required.

Have you power-cycled the interface, followed by reconnecting it and doing [Options] -> [Test] -> [OK] -> [Save] in VCDS? The status of things shown on the About screen doesn't get updated quite in real-time.
