Exclamation Connect device over Wifi but get a blank screen (Operates normally over USB)

My IOS and android devices all connect to the wifi network for my Hex-Net, but all show a blank white screen whether I use the mobile app or any laptop with a browser. I can connect via USB and use VCDS with no issues, but wireless no longer works.

This first happened after leaving the device connected to a vehicle overnight. The device was warm when I disconnected it and it would not longer operate correctly. I updated it using VCDS connected with USB, but still it still doesn't work.

Any ideas? I tried resetting and playing with the settings, but still no results. I believe it's a hardware fault, but I'm open to suggestions.

Hmm. A blank white screen is a new one to me.

What do the LEDs do? Does it connect to your WiFi? If you access it with VCIConfig, does it have an IP address on your network?

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

Outer LEDs are green and middle is orange: normal. I have a snapshot of the screen where it shows my device available for connection and yes it has an IP address. If I find it I'll attach it.

Please check the IP address is something other than zeroes, and also post the MAC address it is showing. A screenshot of the overview tab of VCIConfig is preferable.

I used HexNetConfigV2.014 to connect in infrastructure mode and updated the device and it was successful (after multiple tries).

Do you still see a blank screen, or is it working now?

I always update my hex net, but it's never changed anything. Still a blank screen.

Can you try with VCIConfig again, you should have several dataset updates to download. Do you see these updates prompted?
