I've been working on swapping a BHW tdi from a 2004 b5.5 Passat into our Eurovan. I've swapped the wiring around from the vr6 wiring to the tdi wiring for the motor and I'm having a few issues I was hoping you guys could help me out. The issue I'm having is a backfeed of 2.5ish volts from the ECU pin number T94/52 back into the fuel pump relay which is connected to the relay 219 and this is having the effect of keeping the ECU from shutting off when the key is turned off and even removed. Pulling the relay 219 or the battery cable is the only way to turn the car off again. There is also an issue with the can communication, although on the can gateway(19) I'm able to connect and communicate. I was hoping you guys might have some helpful thoughts or ideas.

I'm having a flashing glow plug light, the immobilizer on the new ecu, and the issue with not being able to turn it off appropriately.
