2011 VW Polo 1.6 TDI Code P2463

Hello,
I have a Polo that logs code P2463 with the ignition on/engine off. The DPF has been removed and cleaned by an DPF workshop. The car is in limp mode and cannot be road tested. I have tried to reset/test everything related with VCDS. I am not familiar with all the readings and think that I am overlooking something simple. The DPF sensor output is 1.02V KOEO. Also , are there any sites that show logs of good vehicle.

Did you do a particle filter initialization? 01 Engine -> Security access -> Basic settings/Adaptation (can't remember) -> particle filter initialization -> start
The DPF differential pressure sender is known to fail a lot in the Polo, wouldn't hurt to replace if not trusted.

Fastlane, something to remember for future dpf cleaning, an easier method for DPF cleaning/ preventing the need for a regeneration is to use FORTE DPF cleaner. I've used it on loads of cars and saves the cost / hassle of removing the Dpf. You pour it into the tank, drive for 30-60 mins and hey presto!

just bought a 2015 with DPF, and run several trucks here in the states with them, but never heard of this. Would anybody else like too chim in here, as if works great, or is it like motor rebuild in a can, and just makes us feel better.

I honestly thought it was BS when I first heard of it. Personally I've used it in my own T5 loads of times as I only use it for local runs and the DPF light is forever coming on. I pop in a can run in for approx 15-20 mins and the light goes out and I don't see it again for months. I've used it in loads of cars, so many that I've lost count. Touch wood I've never had to do a regen since using the stuff. All I do is bill the customers for the can or 2 cans, they spend their own time and fuel driving the fluid through themselves. It leaves me to get on with other jobs!
I'm pretty sure the US must have an equivalent??
