Golf mk7.5 admap - strange happenings?

I recently posted an auto-scan for a Golf mk7.5 on the reference thread which I obtained from a colleague on a local forum (thank you ozmale). The scan shows that the car has a couple of new modules that I had not seen before on an MQB vehicle - @ address hexD6 and hexD7. Thankfully, ozmale agreed to send me the admaps for these modules - see below:

Apart from the fact that two modules are exactly the same but with different address locations (which I assume is kosher in CAN protocols), I'm interested in why IDE00047 & IDE00048 is reporting a string of dashes? Is this likely to be true, or perhaps a "quirk"?

Well, not quite, the component fields and ASAM IDs show their respective positions, L vs R.

I'm interested in why IDE00047 & IDE00048 is reporting a string of dashes? Is this likely to be true, or perhaps a "quirk"?
VCDS does not make up strings like that, save for "N/A" and "Unknown". If I had to guess, I would say those modules (or the firmware that was reused on them), when used in cars where they are required to be more "intelligent" need a parameterization to tell them what to do.
